Hubs and I spent several hours yesterday driving around the middle of the pan handle of Idaho, looking at property. We saw a few places and many crazy characters. I asked Hubs if we would ever fit in here, just don't think we are quite that uhm....... Dueling banjos any one?
We had to be home before 6 so Hubs could open the High School theater, which he then locks up at 10.p.m. I ran to the store to get a few things missing from the salad I was making for church today.
I was able to use up a box of Acini De pepi, a can of fruit cocktail, a can of pineapple, and a container of cool whip from the freezer. I am trying to take down the stock in the house so all meals cooked for others or extra things are made from what I can find on hand.
I put together the large salad this morning and now I better go clean up so I can be ready for choir practice.
