This was such a happy moment, but note Slugs was heavily medicated due to a severe injury on her leg. But we were all just having such a goofy good time. Joel would pass the next morning, and our beloved Slug's passed this morning. Cause of death severe Parkinsons shut down. It happened so fast. She is out of pain now. I hope she and Joel are laughing up a storm.
I will get Dan's address so you can send cards to the family if you want. I am grateful that it is over for him, as it has been such a hard time the last 10 months. I just wanted to see her one more time.
I will be busy this weekend with grandkids and Halloween celebrations. I also get to meet Gaylord's sone and granddaughter. I wonder how that will go?
