Wednesday, I really used to do this?

Dinner at theater.  Took in the rest of the salad and made a poppy seed bundt cake.  I will do a chocolate bundt and chicken salad rolls for dinner at theater.  Using up the storage is great!

     I let the staff take the studio yesterday, I really can trust them they are great.  Sewed like a demon and did not get done what I needed, but oh well as long as it is done before the kids hit the stage.  All the while I was sewing yesterday, I had product coming into the shop.  I am going to really be one busy seamstress Thursday and Friday.

     Hubs had to go to a town about 2.5 hours away yesterday for meetings and he did not get back in until about 6:30.  He came right to the theater and he was so hungry.  I was able to slip him a little snack at the 5 minute intermission break.  The show needs work,  Dance #'s are good just poor acting.  Will work more with them this evening.  I do have to go into the studio tonight for at least 1.5 hours. 

     I did a hair workshop yesterday and we had 22 heads of hair to do.  It was so quite as I was teaching them.  Today we will split them 1/2 and 1/2 and they can do a partners hair while I watch, and then switch around.  This way they will all be able to do each others hair and it will not take 3.5 hours!

     Hub's must be a theater immediately after work today.  I have a pile of mending and alterations for the show and when I get those done I will see if I have time for my shop duties.

     I remember living like this for years, one show opening ,one in rehearsal and one closing at all times.  At least 10 major productions a year.  I am so tired right now, I don't know how I did it.  I can see how it sapped all the time I had for making a living.  All this work was unpaid and it was one of the reasons I accumulated debt.  I was doing work for others when I should have been earning a living.  I can see that now and it is fun to step back into the shoes, and my friend is worth it.  She is at collapse point.  I will join her soon.....  Eeh gads this is a lot of work.
